THE "LILI" PAD : TERMS OF USE

These terms of use are here for my proctection, as well as, your own. I ask that you please read and comply to them. You are legally bound to these terms whether you read them or not.

1) Any item(s) that you have purchased from The "Lili" Pad, must have a link back on the same page or in the case of emoticons, near the general vicinity of the item(s) purchased.
I understand that with emoticons having a link right below the image can be quite distracting and visually displeasing, but credit to me must be put somewhere.

2) You may not claim any graphic made from The "Lili" Pad as your own original creation.

3) Graphics used for the layout of this site are in no way permitted for redistribution or use to anyone other then myself.

4) Nothing on this site is permitted for redistribution, as is, or otherwise.

5) Stealing, Altering, and Redistribution of any part(s) of my graphics is not allowed and will not be tolerated.
All item(s) are to be used as is, with a credit link back to The "Lili" Pad, of course.

6) Item(s) made/purchased from The "Lili" Pad are not allowed to be shared and are for your personal use only or that of a friend, if you've purchased an item as a gift for a friend.

7) You may not use my graphics for profitable use.
Profitable Includes: Donations, Fundraisers, Raffles, Trade, Forum Money, etc.

8) Please note that all sales are final once I've sent the item(s) to you. If I have made a mistake in your order I will be more then happy to fix it, otherwise, please don't request changes in graphics, etc.

9) Orders will not be sent unless an item(s) is paid for before hand.

10) Terms are subject to change at anytime, please make yourself familiar with this section to keep your knowledge of the terms current.
